Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto the pan, cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve warm with syrup.
